DIM FONIO Porridge Ingredients
List of ingredient for preparing DIM FONIO Porridge
1. 4 tablespoons of DIM Fonio
2. A cup of water
3. Salt
4. Sugar/honey
5. Liquid/powdered milk (if lactose intolerant, you can use groundnut)
Preparation of DIM FONIO Porridge
Step 1. Pour one cup of water into a saucepan and leave it to boil.
Step 2. Add a pinch of salt and mix 4 tablespoons of Fonio to boiling water on a fire
Step 3. Stir and leave it to boil on low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 4. Add more water and stir to obtain your desired thickness level.
Step 5. Then add sugar and milk. (Optional)
